• All returned rugs must pass a quality inspection before approval. Rugs that are used, soiled, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
• Asterlane does not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
• Exchanges will only be processed after the returned rug passes quality control.
• Customers may exchange for another rug of equal or higher value (paying the difference). Exchanges for lower-value rugs will not be eligible for partial refunds.
