Most of our rugs are made with polyester and polypropylene. But we also provide range of Jute Rugs as well

Dry clean the rug once in at least in 3 months. Use Easy Wash for washing at home washing machine only.

We try to do show actual color of rugs on the website. However, due to cameras and lights can cause very little % of color variation.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags intact.

Login to your asterlane account. There you will be able to see your delivered order with an open tag of return (valid for 7 days). By clicking on it and completing all the details, you can initiate a return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Yes you can exchange your ordered rug with a different size or design.
