Keep rugs away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Rotate Often :

Turn every 3-6 months to reduce wear and dirt buildup.

Vacuum Regularly :

Use a vacuum without a beater bar to remove dust.

Trim, Don’t Pull :

Trim loose yarns with scissors; never pull them.

Protect from Furniture :

Use furniture coasters to prevent flattening.

Professional Cleaning :

Get rugs professionally cleaned every 6 months.

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving their order.
• Returns and exchanges are only applicable to non-custom, non-discounted machine-made rugs .
• All returned rugs must pass a quality inspection before approval. Rugs that are used, soiled, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
• Asterlane does not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
• Exchanges will only be processed after the returned rug passes quality control.
• Customers may exchange for another rug of equal or higher value (paying the difference). Exchanges for lower-value rugs will not be eligible for partial refunds.
